Chef, concierge, butler, housekeeping, driver. A real "full staff" villa is 5–9 people on-property; this is the difference between a rental and an estate experience.
Provisioning + F&B
Often billed at-cost on a pre-funded float. Plan $250–$650 per guest per day at the true high end, depending on wine programme.
The intangibles
Privacy, beach access, helicopter landing, generator capacity, security plan, dock access for tender transfers. These are dealbreakers above $10k/night.
